What is backcrew?
backcrew lets your team build AI agents in the browser and run them on backcrew’s managed platform - no servers or infrastructure to set up. Each agent you deploy gets its own secure, isolated runtime, and backcrew sets up and tears down everything it needs.
What you can do
Section titled “What you can do”- Build agents - write the code yourself, start from a Marketplace template, or describe what you want and let the Builder assistant write it.
- Give them tools and knowledge - connect your own systems (CRM, ticketing, internal APIs) and upload documents or point at your website.
- Set the rules - policies decide what an agent may talk about and what it must never do with its tools.
- Check quality - quality checks score a sample of real answers so you can see quality over time.
- Put them to work - on your website, in Telegram, or from your own systems through the public API.
- Stay in control - roles, an audit log of every change and request, and notifications when something needs you.
How you pay
Section titled “How you pay”backcrew uses prepaid credits - no plans or seats. 1,000 credits = $1. Agents spend credits on what they actually use: model tokens, knowledge searches, policy checks and, if you turn them on, quality checks. See Credits.
