Regions
Every agent runs in one region, chosen when you build it. Its tools and knowledge bases must be in the same region.
- The region picker shows the regions your workspace can use today.
- New regions on the way are listed on the Roadmap page.
Riyadh
Section titled “Riyadh”Riyadh is coming to backcrew. As soon as it opens, you’ll be able to pick it in the Agent Builder for new agents. Until then, choose the region closest to your users.
Your data
Section titled “Your data”- Your documents stay in the knowledge base’s region.
- Each agent’s conversations, memory and logs stay in its region.
