Audit log

The audit log records who did what in your workspace, and every request your agents answered - attributable, filterable and exportable. Only owners and auditors can see it.

What’s recorded

• Every change anyone makes: agents, tools, knowledge, policies, quality checks, members and roles, API keys, the widget and Telegram, and credit purchases - with who did it, their IP address and when.
• Every agent request, on every channel (dashboard, API, widget, Telegram): who asked, the outcome (answered, blocked by its policy, out of credits, failed…), the credits charged and which tools the agent called.

Prompts and replies are not stored in the audit log, and secrets never are.

It can’t be changed

Entries can’t be edited or deleted - not even by backcrew itself.

Filter and export

Filter by period (up to a year), by category and by agent. Each agent’s page has an Audit trail button that opens the log for that agent. Export CSV downloads the same view, up to 50,000 entries.
