Credits
1,000 credits = $1. Credits are prepaid and never expire. The numbers below are backcrew’s current defaults.
What costs credits

| An agent request | The model’s tokens at its price (shown in the Builder), rounded up to a whole credit, and at least 3 credits. |
| A knowledge search | 2 credits each, added to the request. |
| A policy check | 1 credit per model call the agent’s policy checks, added to the request. |
| A quality check | 2 credits per check scored - only if you turn quality checks on. |
| The Builder assistant | The tokens it uses, at least 3 credits. |
Everything else is free: deploying, hosting, tools, memory, knowledge storage and website crawls, creating policies.

When a request isn’t charged
Section titled “When a request isn’t charged”- It failed with an error.
- The widget or Telegram answered a
/start, a non-text message, or the chat was switched off. - A quality-check judge returned no score.
A request that runs past the maximum time (5 minutes) is stopped and charged the minimum.
